Our Economy service is Korea Post Registered Airmail. This means your parcel has very limited tracking num. It can be trackable on Korean Side. But after the parcel is on board to the target country, the tracking could be possible depending on your local post system. When you add your tracking num below the system, the first page shows only to the Inchon Airport. From Inchon Airport, the tracking num is not working. Then please choose your local country post. 

Online Trackable country - Brazil, Canada, Russia, Japan, USA,
Non online Tracking - Australia, United Kingdom and other countries ; It is not able to use website tracking.

All items required your signature to complete the delivery by local post man except POBOX.

If you have not received your parcel within the guideline times it may be worth contacting your local postal delivery depot to enquire if any items are being held awaiting collection. Please note that if you live in a rural location outside a major city or a non-EEC country then packages can be subject to postage or customs clearance delays.
