BicycleHero's promise for the customers
BicycleHero started as a bicycle LED light manufacturer from 2008. 2 young cyclists decided to make the great gears for safety riding. Korea had no brand for cycling items. We have tested the items by our selves and introduced various channel. It was not simple to sell the high value products contended against big manufacturer. Especially the major bicycle producing country is Taiwan. Korea and Taiwan are very near. So we decided to use our experience to make our customer happy. Our cycling team are testing the products from worldwide and selling them to the worldwide customers. It is our slogan" All reliable items for cycling life" . Now we spend all powers to get the cycling items. After checking the product quality, we will launch more than 20 items every week. Currently, we have 20 thousands cycling gears and parts.
We will sell the genuine products only. It is our proud. Last 3 years, we have served for 100 thousands customers. Until now, we never received any claim caused from fake products. We believe all name value has the reason. So we will supply only genuine products. Cycling is an exciting sport. But it is dangerous. All products for cycling have to be genuine and safety.
We will be the Asia's Happiest Cycling Store with our customers. We hope to give all people who meet us satisfaction. Though it is not easy target, we will spend all effort.
