If your Blackburn product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, Blackburn warranties most of our products for the lifetime of the product, and we will, at our sole option, either repair or replace it free of charge. You must return your product to Blackburn, as described below with a letter indicating the specific reason you’re returning it.

• We encourage you to send your item to us by a traceable method (such as FedEx or UPS). Blackburn is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages

Substitution / Discontinued Models: If your product is not currently available (i.e. discontinued), Blackburn will replace it with a comparable product from the current product line.
Scope and Duration of the Warranty: For pumps, racks, bottle cages, cyclometers, multi-tools, mirrors, lights and trainers, this warranty program lasts for the lifetime of the original owner. This warranty program covers all parts of the above products and applies to all types of defects or failure, except for loss.
What is not Covered: Blackburn System X Lights are covered by a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. This covers the lamp heads and cables only. It does not cover the System X dimmer, charger, battery or battery internals.
Batteries are covered by a 1 YEAR WARRANTY.
Details: Blackburn warrants to the original purchaser of this product that the product is free of defects in material and workmanship foe the lifetime of the product, expect to the extent prohibited by applicable law. This warranty does not apply to damage due to heat, physical damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper fit, alterations, or use unintended by the manufacturer. This warranty is in lieu of all other agreements and warranties, general or specific, express or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of Blackburn in connection with the sale of use of this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Misunderstanding about Bicycle Speaker WSC360

A lot of customers thought this is the defection of this speaker. Please look at this pictures.
According to our investegation, only 0.5% of all customer requetion is real defection.
Please look at the pictures and after do it. And then it is not working well, please contact us.
Our warrenty policy is 3 month. If there are any problem, please feel free to contact us.
1. Do not worry about broke the speaker. This system would be trun on by putting audio jack in the port.
2. Push it strong.
