i fited these myself into a zipp super9 using a rubber mallet and punch to remove the old bearing was simple. using the greese provided fitting was simple, requiring a tighten up after the first ride. the perfroamnce is amasing even compared to the standard zipp bearinbg never relaised what a difference it makes.....
