After finishing your workout continue hydrating with GU Electrolyte Brew, but supplement this with 16-32 oz. of GU Recovery Brew to help your body replenish what was lost during exercise.

Combine GU Electrolyte Brew with GU Energy Gels or Roctane Ultra Endurance Gels for the ultimate in sports hydration and fueling. Take one gel 15 minutes before training or competition and then one gel every 30-45 minutes during exercise. Drink GU Electrolyte Brew throughout and when you’re finished, complete your workout with GU Recovery Brew.

Note: Because GU Electrolyte Brew contains mostly complex carbohydrates instead of tons of sugar, it does not mix well in icy cold water. Use a little warm or room temperature water to mix it and then top it off with cold water.
